The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, crucial after a long journey. Especially Bernie at the front desk, provided really good service. The shuttle service offered convenience to the airport and local attractions. The only improvement I'd suggest is to have more USB ports in the room for device charging.

After a long day, this hotel provided a cozy room with comfy beds and good coffee facilities. The front desk staff could improve their attentiveness to guests. For future visitors, request direct assistance if you feel overlooked.

Booked a room with breakfast. Location of hotel was good and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

Thank you for a fairly nice stay. All the facilities are overall nice, fairly clean hotel, its location is particularly good helpful in getting information about getting to-and-from the airport. They care about guests, offer excellent service and shuttle to the airport.

Like it or leave it? Here's my verdict

The hotel features spacious rooms with a large sofa bed and convenient amenities. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Service can be hit or miss, as I encountered some staff lacking attentiveness. The pool had restricted hours, disappointing.

I had a comfortable stay in a clean room, but the AC couldn't be adjusted, making it a bit chilly. The breakfast burrito and Starbucks coffee were delicious!

Front desk needs some help!

So, I stayed here for a night and it couldve been better. The front desk staff were more into chatting than helping me. I even got asked if I was a guest like, really? The room was nice, though, and I enjoyed the bar area. Just wish they were a bit more attentive.

I enjoyed my stay with a lovely wooden balcony view. The location was perfect, just 10 minutes to the airport, and the shuttle service made life so easy! Highly recommend the clean, spacious rooms and refreshing fitness center.

The room was quiet, nice for a restful night. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony that overlooked a serene wooded area. The courtesy shuttle provided by the hotel was a major convenience. Just as other guests mentioned, the shuttle service was fantastic for both airport access and local attractions.

I faced some confusion with billing that added unnecessary stress. The air conditioning could use some attention. It was set too cool, and we had trouble regulating it. I would definitely consider this hotel again for the great location and comfortable stay despite the hiccups.
